A little delayed in making this announcement, but after 12 months of rigorous work to meet the National Committee on Quality Assurance’s standards, we have achieved NYS Patient Centered Medical Home status. What does that mean for our patients? Not much since we had to change very little of what we do to satisfy their requirements.
