Harper (our staff member in the middle) celebrated her 1st birthday in the office. Jean and Ashley helped.. Harper brought cookie cake to share with the staff and patients. 

With summer almost upon us, don’t wait until the last minute to send us camp forms for completion. If at all possible, use the form you were provided at your routine health supervision visit. If the camp does not accept the form, we ask for at least 72 hours to complete your forms.
